The Fold Top Box is an ecommerce bottle packaging box that’s ideal for brands shipping both naked and pre-boxed bottles. The design of this bottle box includes unique internal folds which holds bottles of all shapes and sizes in place.
- We recommend using the Flexi-Hex Mini Sleeve for naked bottles and the Flexi-Hex Air 35 sleeve for pre-boxed bottles
- The box is made from 70% recycled paper
- Fits bottles of all shapes and sizes up to a maximum of 350mm in height, including pre-boxed bottles
- Self-sealing with crash-lock base so no tape is required
- Includes tear-off layer pad for extra protection on the base
- Plastic-free and kerbside recyclable
- Available for 1, 2, 3 and 4 bottles

What box is best for my bottle?

Will Flexi-Hex work with any bottle shape?
This is where Flexi-Hex sleeves truly shine. Their adaptability means they can protect 99% of bottles on the market – regardless of shape or size. Our box solutions are just as versatile, designed to accommodate a wide range of bottle styles with ease.
Does Flexi-Hex have any drop test certifications?
Most of our packaging solutions are ISTA 3A certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for transit testing.
Does Flexi-Hex scratch my products?
We’ve sold million of sleeves for bottle protection and never had an issue with scratching. However, for items with very delicate labels, we recommend wrapping them in a layer of tissue paper before using the sleeve.
Do you offer custom boxes?
