What can Flexi-Hex Air Sleeves protect?
Our paper packaging sleeves can protect a wide variety of delicate products. The Air sleeves are designed for smaller products, providing a snug and protective fit. The paper box sleeves can be used for products such as ceramics, glassware, candles, cosmetics, bottles, phones, tablets, picture frames and laptops.
How do I choose the correct sleeve size?
There are four different sizes of Air sleeves, ranging from 10cm in length to 35cm. To work out which one is most suitable for you, measure the product you intend to protect and compare these measurements with the range we have available. The sleeve needs to fit tightly to the product to make it almost impossible to move. If there is a little bit of room, place tissue paper inside. If you have a product larger than 35cm, explore our strength packaging range, which includes options for large items.
Do I need to use an outer box when using Flexi-Hex sleeves?
Yes, once you have applied the Flexi-Hex air sleeve to your product, it needs to be placed in an outer box. Use a tight-fitting box for the best results. If you can’t find a box that is snug, add tissue paper for extra security.
Are paper packaging sleeves a good alternative to plastic sleeves?
Yes, paper packaging sleeves are the perfect alternative. They are made from recycled materials and can be recycled again at home after use. Their compact design makes them easy to store.
