Attitudes towards our environment and plastic production are rapidly changing. As we become more aware of the challenges currently facing the world, the greater we understand the need for dramatic change.
At Flexi-Hex®, we are passionate about removing plastic from the packaging industry and protecting the things we value through innovative and smart design. Our cardboard packaging solutions prove that paper can be stronger than plastic, that quality doesn’t need to come at the detriment of the environment and that the switch to plastic-free packaging is easy.
Our sleeves are made from over 85% recycled paper pulp.
Easy to Assemble
Where possible, we use material made from over 85% recycled paper pulp while all virgin paper is FSC Certified.
All our packaging is curbside recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. We also use water-based PVA adhesive.
One pallet of Flexi-Hex is equivalent to five pallets of bubble wrap: reducing shipping and storage costs, and ultimately the impact on our environment.
Having passed European drop tests, we’re confident in the strength of our packaging to protect fragile items from impact and movement in transit.
Easy to Assemble
Designed to be user-friendly, all our packaging is intuitive to assemble and uses minimal material, making it easy to slot into the production process.
In the growing world of e-commerce, packaging is often a consumer’s first interaction with a brand, that's why our boxes and wraps can be customized.
With the sleeve expanding to 35 times its compact size, our packaging is adaptable and can be applied across a wide range of applications.
Good for Products
Great for brands
Even better for the environment
41% of plastic production globally is for the packaging industry. This is a number we want to change, and paper is a fantastic alternative. But, we’re not here to take on Big Plastic. And we’re not the first business to invent paper packaging. We are the first ones to design a patented honeycomb sleeve that is both environmentally friendly and fit-for-purpose.
