Flexi-Hex Slender and Drum
The Flexi-Hex Slender and Drum are premium packaging kits that provide protection for bottles, jars, candles, Easter Eggs and other gifts. It consists of a Flexi-Hex sleeve, a cap at either one or both ends and a paper wrap to lock the capsule together.
- We recommend using this kit with either the Mini sleeve from our Strength range or any of the sleeves from our Air range
- The kit requires one sleeve, one or two caps and a paper wrap
- Caps come in 5 diameters for different product sizes
- Sleeves are sold separately to the caps and wraps
- All components are made from recycled paper
- Plastic-free and kerbside recyclable
- The Slender and Drum can be used with a standard postal box for ecommerce

What box is best for my bottle?
For e-commerce, we recommend our Pinch Top Box range; for a more premium postal experience, the Window Box is ideal. If you’re looking for something suited to gifting or retail, our Drum and Slender solutions offer a stylish finish. Not sure which to choose? Our team is always happy to help.
Will Flexi-Hex work with any bottle shape?
This is where Flexi-Hex sleeves truly shine. Their adaptability means they can protect 99% of bottles on the market – regardless of shape or size. Our box solutions are just as versatile, designed to accommodate a wide range of bottle styles with ease.
Does Flexi-Hex have any drop test certifications?
Most of our packaging solutions are ISTA 3A certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for transit testing.
Does Flexi-Hex scratch my products?
We’ve sold million of sleeves for bottle protection and never had an issue with scratching. However, for items with very delicate labels, we recommend wrapping them in a layer of tissue paper before using the sleeve.
Do you offer custom boxes?
Yes, custom printing is available (from MOQs of approx. 2000 units) across our range of packaging solutions. In addition, we can work closely with you to develop box designs that are tailored to your specific product needs, ensuring both operational efficiencies and brand alignment.
