When it comes to protecting your products during shipping, choosing the right box is essential. But, before you get to the box, you need to start with the sleeve.

Step 1: Choose the Right Sleeve

Flexi-Hex sleeves are designed to provide superior protection and a premium unboxing experience. To get the best results, start by selecting the correct sleeve for your product:

• Air Range: Ideal for small, lightweight items such as cosmetics, electronics, or tableware.

• Strength Range: Best suited for larger or heavier products like bottles, homeware, or tech gear.

The sleeve doesn’t need to match the exact length of your product, but it should be as close as possible, especially if you’re not using any additional void fill. For high-volume orders (MOQs over 100,000 units), we offer custom-length sleeves to ensure a perfect fit.

Step 2: Choose the Right Box

Once you’ve selected your sleeve, it’s time to find a box that complements it. You can use any e-commerce box, but following a few simple rules will help ensure your product arrives safely and securely:

1. Match the Box Length to the Sleeve

The box should be the same length as the sleeve. This prevents the product from slipping out of the sleeve and minimizes movement during transit.

2. Match the Box Height to the Wrapped Product

Choose a box with a height similar to your product once it’s inside in the sleeve. This keeps the product snug and secure inside the box.

3. Packing Multiple Items?

If you’re shipping more than one item? The same rules apply, essentially make sure the box fits really snugly around everything. A tight fit reduces movement and enhances protection.
