Can I use Flexi-Hex with any box?
To ensure your product stays safe, we recommend using a snug-fitting box that matches the length of the Flexi-Hex sleeve. If you’re using an existing box, simply fill any gaps with paper void fill or wrap the sleeved product in tissue paper to create a secure, cushioned pod (see here).
Can I do custom branding on Flexi-Hex sleeves?
For smaller volumes, Flexi-Hex sleeves can be affordably branded using stamps or stickers. We can also offer over-printing, though this comes with additional costs. For orders over 100,000 units, we offer fully custom sleeves including colour options and branded printing on the rails.
Do you offer custom boxes?
Yes, custom printing is available (from MOQs of approx. 2000 units) across our range of packaging solutions. In addition, we can work closely with you to develop box designs that are tailored to your specific product needs, ensuring both operational efficiencies and brand alignment.
