How do you stop the product falling out of the sleeve?
For best results, choose a snug-fitting box that matches the length of your Flexi-Hex sleeve. If there’s extra space, simply fill the gaps with paper void fill to prevent movement during transit, this helps keep the product securely in place and avoids it slipping out. Alternatively you can wrap the sleeved product in tissue paper to create a secure, cushioned pod (see here).
Does Flexi-Hex scratch my products?
We rarely receive reports of Flexi-Hex sleeves causing scratches to products. However, for items with particularly delicate labels – such as those commonly found in cosmetics – we recommend wrapping them in a layer of tissue paper before using the sleeve.
Can I do custom branding on Flexi-Hex sleeves?
For smaller volumes, Flexi-Hex sleeves can be affordably branded using stamps or stickers. We can also offer over-printing, though this comes with additional costs. For orders over 100,000 units, we offer fully custom sleeves including colour options and branded printing on the rails.

What countries is Flexi-Hex available in?
We have an extensive network of distributors across most global territories, making our packaging solutions widely accessible. Currently, we do not have distribution in South America and Africa.
