It comes in two or three parts that slide together, so it adjusts to fit boards of all lengths. No cutting, no stress, just a smart, simple way to send boards from brand or shaper, to customer.
- This box is to be used in conjunction with the Lite, Mid or XL sleeves found within our Strength range
- The box is made from 70% recycled paper
- Suitable for boards from 5ft to 7.4ft in length (2 parts required) or longboards up to 10ft in length (3 parts required).
- The box design echoes the shape of the board, protecting both the nose and tail
- Significantly reduces packing times to >6 mins from 15-20 mins

Can I use Flexi-Hex for my personal travels?
Flexi-Hex sleeves are primarily designed for surf brands to ship boards safely to customers through the post. If you’re using them for travel, it’s worth noting that they’re made from paper, so they can degrade if exposed to water or if handled roughly during air transit. We always recommend travelling with a few spare sleeves – they’ll usually take the brunt of the impact, so having backups can be a lifesaver for the journey home.
What sleeve do I need to use for my board?

Do I have to use the Flexi-Hex surfboard box?
No, you can use any box you have available – just ensure it’s a snug fit to prevent any movement within the box during transit. The Flexi-Hex box, however, will help you save time in packing and thanks to its telescopic design will work for most boards on the market.
