Flexi-Hex Lite Sleeves provide outstanding protection for larger, fragile products including furniture items and surfboards. They can also provide artwork packaging solutions. The honeycomb structure expands around the shape of the item to create a cushioning layer. This protects vulnerable surfaces and edges and reduces the risk of breakages during storage and delivery. The Lite Sleeve is made from FSC-certified recycled paper and can be recycled in regular kerbside collections at home.

Simply open the honeycomb structure and slide it over the product. This creates a cushioning layer that follows the product’s shape.

Flexi-Hex Surfboard Packaging Designed to Protect
The Lite sleeve can expand around a surfboard, providing protection across the deck, rails, nose and tail. Our patented honeycomb design follows the shape of the board to protect all areas from knocks and damage during shipping. This gives the customer and user peace of mind.
The Lite sleeve is particularly suited to narrower boards. Typical use cases include shortboards, kiteboards, wakeboards, skimboards and snowboards. For longer products, multiple open-ended sleeves can be joined together using tape to create the length of protection required.
