The Flexi-Hex 1 Bottle Fold Top Kit brings together everything needed to safely pack one bottle: one Single Fold Top Box and one Mini Strength Sleeve. There is no need to order the protective sleeves separately.

Each Mini Strength Sleeve expands around the shape of the bottle, creating a close-fitting honeycomb layer that cushions the glass against knocks and movement. The protected bottle is then placed inside the purpose-designed Fold Top Box. The box’s adjustable internal folds close around the sleeved bottles to help keep them secure and reduce movement.

Flexible Packaging for Different Bottle Shapes

Bottles come in many different profiles, from tall wine bottles to broader spirit and olive oil bottles. The expandable Mini Strength Sleeves adapt around different shapes and widths, allowing one packaging system to protect a varied product range. This kit is suitable for bottles up to 35cm tall.
