The Flexi-Hex 2 Bottle Pinch Top Kit brings together everything needed to safely pack two bottles: one Double Pinch Top Box and two Mini Strength Sleeves. There is no need to order the protective sleeves separately.

Each Mini Strength Sleeve expands around the shape of the bottle, creating a close-fitting honeycomb layer that cushions the glass against knocks and movement. The protected bottles are then placed inside the purpose-designed Pinch Top Box. The close-fitting outer box holds the individually sleeved bottles securely throughout handling, storage and delivery.

Flexible Packaging for Different Bottle Shapes

Bottles come in many different profiles, from tall wine bottles to broader spirit and olive oil bottles. The expandable Mini Strength Sleeves adapt around different shapes and widths, allowing one packaging system to protect a varied product range. This kit is suitable for bottles up to 32cm tall.
