Flexi-Hex XL sleeves are the largest expandable strength sleeves in the range. They provide recyclable protection for extra-large items, including furniture, longboards and white goods. These sleeves measure 110cm in length and can expand to a maximum width of 110cm. Using our patented honeycomb design, the structure follows the shape of the product to create a strong cushioning layer across large surfaces.

Using recycled paper, the Flexi-Hex XL Strength Sleeve provides outstanding protection against knocks and bumps during delivery and storage. Customers can then recycle this sleeve at home after use in their regular kerbside recycling bins.

The 110cm expansion allows the sleeve to accommodate larger boards than the Lite or Mid sleeves.

Flexi-Hex XL Sleeves can be recycled with regular kerbside collections. They are also biodegradable. This gives businesses and customers a sustainable packaging alternative to the conventional methods that rely on plastic. Bubble wrap and foam cannot usually be recycled in regular kerbside collections. Customers should keep the product clean and dry before recycling.
