- The box is made from 70% recycled paper
- Fits bottles of all shapes and sizes up to a maximum of 350mm in height, including pre-boxed bottles
- Self-sealing with crash-lock base so no tape is required
- Includes tear-off layer pad for extra protection on the base
- Plastic-free and kerbside recyclable

A Fold Top Box can carry one, two, three or four bottles depending on the version you select. This makes this bottle packaging product ideal for individual orders, collections and gift sets.
Do I need to use tape with a Fold Top Box?
No, Flexi-Hex’s Fold Top Boxes do not need any additional tape. This is because it is self-sealing and includes a crash-lock base. This makes the packaging process significantly quicker and easier. It also makes the recycling process easier for customers at home because they do not need to spend time pulling off the tape.
Are Fold Top Boxes easy to pack?
Yes. It’s possible to pack the Fold Top Box in seconds. Once the base has been formed, slide the sleeved bottle inside, tuck the internal folds around the product and seal the box ready for delivery.
What is the difference between a Fold Top Box and a Pinch Top Box?
The Fold Top Box is particularly ideal for brands who want to send both naked bottles and pre-boxed bottles. The Pinch Top Box is positioned as a regular e-commerce solution for naked bottles and is available for one, two or three products.
