Double Bottle Packaging

Two-bottle orders are common across wine, spirits, oils, and other premium bottled products. Sometimes, products will be sold as a duo. The Flexi-Hex Double Fold Top Box is designed for businesses to do just that.

This box provides a dedicated format for sending two bottles together without placing them in an unnecessarily large multi-box. First, place individual bottles in a Flexi-Hex sleeve. Our patented honeycomb design simply wraps around the bottle to provide cushioning. For a naked bottle, we recommend using the Mini Strength Sleeve. For bottles that already come in their own boxes, we recommend using the Air 35 Sleeve.

Once in the sleeve, the bottle should then be placed in the Double Fold Top Box. This creates an effective solution for businesses regularly sending pairs of bottles, whether they are bought together by a customer or sold as part of a set.
