The Flexi-Hex Triple Fold Top Bottle Box allows businesses to send three naked or pre-boxed bottles out to customers. This makes it the ideal packaging format to send either a trio of bottles, or a customised gift set. The bottles should be placed in either a Mini Strength Sleeve or Air 35 Sleeve depending on whether they are naked or pre-boxed. Our Triple Fold Top Boxes have been designed for bottles up to 35cm tall and provide outstanding protection during delivery and storage. Made from 70% recycled paper, this box can be recycled at home.

Triple Bottle Packaging

When a customer orders three bottles, the packaging needs to provide individual protection for each product while keeping the complete order securely together. The Triple Fold Top Box has been designed to provide outstanding protection during handling, transit and storage.

Three bottle orders are common across wine, spirits, oils and other premium bottled products. It could be a gift set, or three individual purchases by the same customer.

Each bottle needs to be placed in a Flexi-Hex sleeve first. Our patented honeycomb design simply wraps around the bottle to provide cushioning. The Mini Strength Sleeve should be used for naked bottles, with the Air 35 Sleeve providing protection for pre-boxed bottles.

Once in the sleeve, the bottle should then be placed in the Triple Fold Top Box. This is a sustainable solution for businesses regularly sending a trio of bottles out to customers.
