The Flexi-Hex Double Pinch Top Box can protect two bottles or similarly sized fragile products across the entire shipping process. The two bottles don’t have to be the same size or shape, as the Flexi-Hex Mini Sleeve will follow the shape of the bottle and wrap around tightly.

Open up the Mini Sleeve and slide the bottle inside. This step should be replicated for the second bottle, in a separate sleeve. This will then create a cushioning layer and reduce movement. The bottles should then be placed inside the box. This process has been optimised for speed and efficiency.

The flexibility means that most bottles on the market can be protected. This makes this bottle packaging solution ideal for retailers sending different types of bottles. Businesses will not need to order bespoke packaging for each individual bottle profile, helping them reduce the number of packaging formats stored in the warehouse.

Extra Protection at the Base

Bottle bases are vulnerable when parcels are inevitably placed onto hard surfaces throughout the storage and delivery process. This box includes a tear-off layer pad to provide additional protection at the base. This introduces a secondary layer beneath the two sleeved products.

The premium option has a glued crash-lock base and peel-and-seal closure. This means you will not need to add tape when constructing and sealing this box, which results in a smoother fulfilment process.
